Even after sending pictures of the bearing I was replacing; shown on the left to the bearing they sent to the right. As you can see what they sent one that was 3 time bigger. Pedro was his name, always insisted he was right. Viewed the mailing address on the internet it was the front of an insurance agent handling the orders for HPR bearings.Reply from: hprbearings- Feedback replied by seller hprbearings.- Feedback replied by seller hprbearings.Absolutely untrue. Customer ordered the wrong product. This bearing is intended to replace roller clutch bearing part number BGCR2 as shown on the reel schematics. Instead, he was trying to replace needle bearing part number BGND2 which is smaller. We offered solution via exchange since we also carry the other bearing. Instead, this is what he does. Blame me for his own mistake.
