The merchant was not helpful with the return and denied the problems. Further, when the items were returned they did not refund ALL ITEMS RETURNED. She opened a false “Item Not as Described” case and returned a completely different, used jacket in worse condition than mine. I had even photographed all items before shipping to prove they had no defects. After receiving them, she falsely claimed defects, demanded to keep one at a steep discount, and forced me to take back the others. Check her feedback left to other sellers. I am in talk with one of them and she also confirmed the buyer scammed her in the past
