Been perfecting my marinade for years, family gatherings rave about it. 1st, cut the soy to 1 or 2 tbsp (way overpowering), you may have to add salt as a result. Cut oil (use EVOO) to 2 tbsp. To taste, add lemon juice ( I use a lot), garlic powder, onion powder and oregano. Mix with marinade, let sit for 4 days. But doing all of that kinda negates buying the mix. It's good, but it's not southwest carne asada. Thank you.
