    Advertised as used. Seller asked for +10 days to send, I agreed. She sent a free gift. Missing filter and door were not disclosed and that area of the vacuum was not shown in the many images. I asked the seller to send the parts but she claimed illness and that it was going to take a while to look. I requested a partial refund for the missing parts, which was not negotiable. Instead she offered $15 towards return shipping, asked several times for the item to be returned and stopped responding.
