Order canceled with no explanation and when questioned, was told the dog ate it, literally.

i cancelled after discovering the dog had gotten into my storage / work room and had chewed on a few books, including this one. i cancelled, refunded in full immediately, and i informed him of the issue. he decided to use hyperbole and a negative review over a very common book title he can purchase anywhere. i guess, according to his response here to a full refund and disclosure, i should have just sent him the damaged book and say "tough luck, kid" ???? i don't know. people are weird¯\_(ツ)_/¯
