Thought that that they may have been out-of-town/dealing with emergency for the first order — they did not answer any request for updates. Filed a claim, they provided a tracking # — never actually shipped. Filed another claim and was refunded by eBay. When item was relisted, gave it another chance. Over a week, no shipping info, no replies. They are scamming buyer $, then forcing eBay Buyer protection to refund. STAY AWAY!
