What can I say, in more than 15 years on eBay, this is the first time I have encountered such an attitude. the first ones deliberately sent the wrong jacket size, not because they were mixed up, they simply did not have the correct size. secondly, inventing reasons, he offered a $10-20 refund. or so that I myself spend money on sending the goods back by international parcel.
