      Well packaged and arrived earlier than expected, which in this case worked out for me. Packaging did have a dent/slight tear but would most likely be from transit as the box was pristine else where. Product is clean inside with a few visual scratches externally (as to be expected with 2nd hand rack mounted equipment). I won't get round to testing the unit properly for a week or so though. So far so good :)
