So far it's not a good product in my eyes. I've tried loading my Google account and that took over an hour and I can't find any of the audio settings that were advertised. It looks new somewhat the screen protector has bubbles all over and the frame for the tablet obviously isn't new as it doesn't even have the plastic face protection it.
