Naturally this is the fault of the Royal Mail and not the seller, so I won't give the seller a negative grade. However I think that a return to the hard cardboard pieces fixed to rhe front of the back of the case to give a little extra protection to the item might be a move worth considering. Otherwise thanks as usual.
