Shipping was fast. However, the glass in the picture frame was broken once I opened the package. I still wanted to keep it because I love the frame itself and was willing to find another cheap frame just to use the glass from it. I requested a partial refund and was given a full refund. Although it came broken, I understand that accidents happen. Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome and would still recommend this seller.
