    The item was accurate to the description. I wasn’t able to use it due to my lack of understanding of what I wanted. After more research I was needing a shackle flip kit. When I spoke to seller about this they were above and beyond with helpfulness and accurate details in what I’d be needing. In fact they make shackle kits themselves and asked me for accurate measurements so they could make them for me. They even showed me other websites. I’d love to do business with them in the future. Thanks
