All parts listed were included, two bolds and two nuts. Not sure what else where you expecting. Also, these parts do work on the International 30, but as specified on listing title and description rare Early versions of the 30TW use the 34C-30T sized 7/32” stud. Customer is responsible to measure and make sure which kit they need. You could also return for exchange. Thanks
