Reached out to seller and in a not so prompt reply gave me some excuse about having to take their friend to the hospital and said they’ll send it the following day. Now we’re on day 4 so I reach out again to seller, and was told they weren’t able to, due to their friend in the hospital, which seriously sounds like a straight up lie. Never got my item! Terrible experience! so annoying and very unprofessional. Save your time and money. Don’t buy here.

It was packaged in an envelope way too small without being in any kind of plastic bag. But it’s a nice top and was unharmed. The packaging and knots were the only issues.
