I received the Palmrest with a crack in it upon opening the package and I reported it to the seller and sent pictures of the item with the crack.
The seller tried to offer a discount of $5 which was a slap in my face after purchasing this item for USD43.84
That is insulting as USD5.00 was the postage cost

1. we have sent the buyer our shipping record for the palmrest. From our recorded picture, the item is without the crack before packing; 2. The buyer feedback the issue nearly a month after delivered. We've asked the buyer to provide the picture of the shipping box, so to see if the crack was occured before delivered, but pity the buyer said it was thrown alway; so it is hard to find out when it occurred. We've supposed to make some discount to the buyer, but was rejected.
