They did not refund this and did not take responsibility for this problem. When the package arrived, the box was heavily damaged, and again, they took 0 responsibility for some kind of refund. Sorry it happened but we did everything right. Then you just started making loads of new complaints and tried to make a huge deal of a broken case which can be easily replaced. We offered you a £2 refund but no deal, you just screamed are we joking?. We packed it well in a box and you didn't even show the packaging so you probably broke the box yourself just to try to extort an unrealistic amount of money out of us. Never again!
