    The item was advertised on Ebay as Seller Refurbished. It will not turn on. It does not work at all, and after many messages to the seller, all they can say is to get it fixed with my own money. You check. I have been with Ebay for many years. I buy a lot. I do not complain and I do not usually return things. I am no scam artist, but this seller is. They sent me a piece of crap and now are refusing to give me any relief. I even offered to send it back and accept a like model.

    All Messages replied on the same day received. Buyer notes they receive device and it was operational. They pluged it in wall after power went down to 54%, then say it does not charge. Due to the device operated, recommend buyer to obtain new power cable or have their device diagnose with a professional to address their problem after the system was in use. This device is documented as operating, clean/prep in it's original manufactuer box.
