      Item never arrived, and never entered Royal Mail system. Seller blames Royal Mail for loosing it. Did get a full refund, but at the last minute, before eBay stepped in. Not helpful at all as the bike was off the road while waiting for the item, so had to get from another supplier, which was an untracked service, and arrived within two days. Also paid for expedited shipping which makes it all the more frustrating. Would not recommend.

      You bought it at 13.54 and we have managed to pack it and all was collected by Royal Mail at 14.13 on the same day. If it was lost before arriving to the main hub there is nothing unfortunately that we can do about it. Times to times packages will get lost and found after 3-7 days and as of this we had to wait. We have shipped replacement in the past to keep our customers happy just for them to receive both packages and they never return them, I've replied to all your messages straight away.
