    The listing had system errors, I ordered black 580 x 2, he sent me black 581 x 2 the seller will not give me a return label, he is insisting that I pay the return postage he will not except the listing had errors, Example black 580 showing blue and black on item selection, beware very aggressive seller.     Listings are fine. No-one else has had a problem in the 20+ years selling on eBay. Buyer just can't admit they made a mistake and didn't choose the Large Black that they wanted from the drop down list. Refund has been given. Aggression feeds aggression.

    An unpleasant, unsatisfactory, and wanting transaction from a passively aggressive seller. Lodging a simple dispatch enquiry prompted unnecessary rudeness culminating in “expect a refund of your cartridge, and I will block you from further purchases”. This was indeed actioned expediently but guess what? The cartridge supposedly dispatched never actually arrived. Says it all. Not marvellous customer service mate, leaving me to have to find another cartridge seller from the 20,000+ on eBay, oh no!

    Attitude was met with attitude, as this message was the first correspondence. The day after dispatch using 2nd Class. "Has this been dispatched, would've thought it would be here by now! If dispatched, WHEN did it go off?" Does this buyer expect miracles of Royal Mail? Even 1st Class is not guaranteed next day delivery anymore. He was indeed blocked, as I do not tolerate this kind of attitude from anyone, let alone a buyer on eBay,
