    The item was posted by the seller but has not arrived. After a brief swap of messages with the seller, he has apologised for the lost item, provided a refund and said I can keep the item if it ever turns up (over 3 weeks later and still no sign of it!!) Great customer service though - can't fault them for that and would definitely recommend the seller in future

    Unfortunately these feeders failed to arrive. The seller was contacted through ebay and a full refund was actioned within 6 hours. That's what I call great customer service. I will re order the items, hopefully, with more luck this time.
