- s***a (415)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseOrdered this item and O ring separating cylinder from cooling system failed, re ordered item and same thing happened again, resulting in water getting to the piston and having to replace a piston with 5 hours on it, so ordered FIR O rings never had an issue, paper gasket were fine but O rings are cheap and cheerful, which ended up costing more, beware.Reply from: biketyresuk- Feedback replied by seller biketyresuk.- Feedback replied by seller biketyresuk.1st we've heard of this. No contact made to resolve.FIR are a much cheaper & budget brand the "NE" gaskets used by Mitaka. Funnily enough, the 2002 to 2004 gaskets are our best sellers without previous issues. For two to fail would leave us to believe they've been poorly fit.
