good inverter, packaged well, arrived faster than expected. Battery cut-off is at 10.0Vdc and turns back on at 12.5Vdc. My only concern is that it takes about 400mA from the battery even if the grid-power is available. This means I will need to charge a 100AH battery every 10 days or so. Not a big problem, but it would be better if idle current was lower.
