    Regulator definitely has a defect. It did not work correctly right out of the box, every time I opened a spigot the pressure was well below the set pressure of 45 psi. Closed the spigot and about a couple hours later the pressure had risen to 63 psi, (line pressure). I then flushed the regulator and tried setting it to 40 psi but when a spigot was opened it would drop to about 5 psi and the flow rate was very little. Received a prompt and full refund.

    One of them leaked around the black part not able to get it to stop ( not able to use it) the other one works fine it’s nice to have good water pressure !!!

    This water pressure regulator works well. Adjustments are made using a flat blade screwdriver. Brass body + oil filled guage are durable and high quality.
