Very superior to chef pads currently being sold by Aga, which are too big and unlined - thus stupidly flimsy. Chef pads are not just for looks; they help retain heat. When I contacted Aga to complain they told me their current pads are too big because they are made of inferior quality fabric which shrinks when washed! So I just need to wash them! They also admitted the pads weren’t lined. At least they’ve agreed to reimburse me for goods and postage…

She quickly came back about a replacement and was able to make one with my preferred fabric design pretty much immediately and posted it out to me super-fast, with a very sweet note! Thank you so much! I'm sure the kitties will love their new cover as much as I do!
