    The package was not marked DO NOT BEND and was poorly packaged to prevent bends & folds. The package was not reinforced on both sides of the catalog with hard card stock to accomplish this whatsoever which is a common professional business practice. Any catalogs, manuals, literature, etc. are always marked DO NOT BEND and reinforced with card stock on both sides when shipped out. Currently, I have three (3) large heavy hard-covered books on top of the manual to straighten it out.
