There were other lower cost options, but as with most of my bicycle tools, I prefer higher quality tools - specially when it comes to vintage bicycle parts such as Stronglight cranks. This item was shipped from the Phoenix AZ area and arrived to me fairy quickly. It definitely is a quality tool. It fit precisely.
