Seller shipped order out incomplete and the items that arrived were melted. Advised seller and was told that they will only issue me a partial credit since 1 bag is open. How was i to know the product was damaged before opening the bag? They insisted on pictures ......how was that to happen without opening the bag? Now you want to put me on hold to figure out how to do a return? No apology.........only annoyance at my ridiculous expectation that the item arrive undamaged. Live and Learn
