      Horrible Customer Service. Trust the trend of negative reviews for this guy. Never received order and no usps scans showed. After 11 days and beyond inconvenienced, seller refused to upgrade shipping for free ($4.50). So that I would receive my order on time for my fishing trip. Continued to blame the courier partner he chose, & harp on what he lost. But every seller knows how to get reimbursed by usps, or file the loss when doing taxes. Lost a repeat customer. Never again.

      Sorry you feel that way, but it couldn't be further from the truth. This customer began by accusing us of not shipping product when it was in fact mailed the same day it was ordered. Please understand USPS losing product is not our fault. You asked for replacements to be mailed and that's exactly what we did, and even upgraded you from standard shipping to Priority Mail (9405511206204470953928), even though you are claiming we didn't. Hopefully USPS does a better job this time around.
