The seller claims the item was actually shipped on June 30, not on July 8 like that date eBay shows as updated by the seller as shipped. However, the seller did state that the delivery delay may be due to the holiday (July 4th). As of today, July 18, I still have not received the item, and eBay has issued me a refund. So, all is well.
