No idea how that could of happened as all of our product is new, unopened, and from Viper. Yes you should of received a 4-wire 4-pin cable with your antenna. I did check my stock and they all seem to be the correct cable. In the future if you ever run into an issue like this, just give us a call as we always make it right for you. I however lashed out because of a prior ripoff by DEI product dealer in the Dallas Fort Worth area, on Amazon for $169 for which I got a broken remote , and a harness and brain that don’t even go together. I get heated just thinking about it now. This guy 💯 on the up and up! Great communication and fast shipping and zero issues with the fixing the minor issue. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
