Bought impact screen with side screens. Neither side screens work. I was able to follow the provided instructions and install the main hitting screen, which works. But both motors for the side screens do not connect and do not lift or lower.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. However, I'd like to offer my assistance if you're having trouble following the instructions for the side motors. Paring the side motors to the remote are slightly different from the main motor. Based on my experience, I've sold many motors daily and haven't encountered any issues with pairing to the remote.
