Bought these weeks ago and although shown as shipped they did not arrive. Contacted the seller and agreed on a refund if they didn't arrive. When they still didn't come I contacted the seller several times but they did not respond. Tried the money-back guarantee but by this time I was a day past the 30 days. eBay said to work with the seller to arrange a refund, but despite repeated messages, the seller will not reply to my messages or process the refund. Utterly disappointed.
