I believe I've ordered from them before, very happy with the transaction, despite the issue with the missing part

Come monday i was making a trip into asheville anyway and just decided to buy this part from a shop. Seller's response times to messages and requests are fantastic, and the cancelation and refund process was totally painless even though it was 100% entirely my fault.
