In absolutely new condition and was the correct part even though the application (for my old tractor) is obsolete. Perfect fit and solved the issue immediately. I'm very happy with my purchase, and may order another one to have on the shelf because the VR-139 is hard to find at an affordable price. Excellent price, product, and seller. Thank you!!
