You need a PTO arm to use (I have one for other equipment that I can swap into this) Heavy, but that means sturdy too. ‘Pops’ fresh logs easily, older logs can be pretty rough splits. Compared to hydraulic log splitter options it’s far cheaper, nothing to go wrong or maintain and still does the job. Beware - absolutely lethal if you don’t give it respect - don’t work alone!!
