    My feedback evidences excellent packaging. The cd cracked on its way to the buyer. I reimbursed the full amount. She still complained and gave negative feedback. VERY UNFAIR. The cd was brand new and able to be played. She got a perfect cd and a refund! This is the way EBAY treats its sellers who have been a seller for over 20 years. Nice going EBAY!
