The buyer ordered the incorrect part for their application. We offered to send the parts that will work for them, but they opened a return on eBay instead (being an international sale eBay handles that return and the money is completely tied up). The other issue is the shipping costs were $40, which we should not have to eat because the buyer did indeed receive the correct parts. We include the specs of the fasteners in every listing.
