Eventually with a lot of force by my Husband we got it in and I got to view the verses which all seem to be good. I am now worried about putting the stick in again as I don’t want to damage my laptop which is only a week old. Other than this issue all seems ok.Reply from: jri_solution- Feedback replied by seller jri_solution.- Feedback replied by seller jri_solution.Its a standard size USB-A connector which ensures it can only be inserted one way due to the offset placement of the internal contacts within the connector. You must put it in straight and not at an angle. This means the pins on the male connector only align correctly with the corresponding pins on the female connector. in one orientation. Ensure you can see properly to put it in the correct way up, give yourself some more light
