Big thumbs down. Send you the wrong part screw you over your mechanic. Has to tell you you got the wrong parts there makes you look silly. Then you have to buy a double expensive parts from the mechanic because he knows now that you sent the wrong parts makes you look silly sent you dangerous. Cheap parts that are not the correct parts and then doesn't respond and doesn't contact you. And they're trying to ignore it. Don't use them something bad could happen to you

This is a motorcycle plug which eBay's listing does not offer the fitment table and we don't normally check for fitment with the customers. We only do for the automotive applications. When one of our guys called the customer, it was confirmed that the correct Denso plug was shipped and as far as our records are concerned, we weren't contacted by this customer until the return request being opened. We will take the return for refund so there isn't any need to falsify anything.
