Seller was responsive and even sent a replacement o-ring for one that arrived damaged. High quality kit that exceeds the original parts (this kit has upgraded o-rings). Excellent value. Appearance was clean and well packaged. I suggest buying this rebuild kit over any of the alternative options on the internet. My Jura now works excellent!

Water going into the tray rather than brewing/rinsing. Replacing seals in valve at the bottom of brew unit fixed this. Replacing o-rings in brew unit ended silt-like coffee residue in the bottom of the cup. I didn't know that was a problem, but is a bonus fix. Grinder burrs (not in kit) were also replaced. Now grinder working properly. All-in refurb under $100. Couldn't have done it without this kit.
