He told me what option to pick, which was the wrong one in the end and basically made it out to be my fault when a simple "I meant this one, would you like that option?" would have been the appropriate response. He also kept the thumb stick caps from the old controller which he should have returned in case I wished to use them, which I do but have to buy new ones now. You first bought the motherboard service and you sent your whole controller. However you said you are "quite able to disassemble the controller myself” Then why did you send the controller and not just the motherboard? Had to cancel that order and purchase this controller service. I even said: "Please only include the motherboard." You didn't follow instructions or communicate that you wanted to send your controller.
