It was honestly packaged more safely than being packaged in its original box in my opinion! Shipping costs did cost a little more than I expected but I guess that went into packaging the laptop. The Seller answered all my questions quickly and shipped it out pretty fast, everything was described except the headphone jack not working but it’s my fault for not checking it earlier before closing it, greatexperience
