They helped me find out where my package was when there was tracking difficulties. The plates were EXTREMELY safe, absolutely smothered in bubble wrap and secured. The plates are in perfect condition as described. Definitely going to look good on my wall. Price was really good for the product received as well. No chips or scratches.
