      Seller packaged the item as well as they could but it looks like the delivery compnay dropped the package which caused ink to spill everywhere and broke the motor inside the printer. Seller was prompt to respond to my problems and sent a full refund. Would definitely recommend this seller but also would also let them know that for future references, eco tank type printers should probably have some sort of sticker on the package listing it as fragile or to wrap the ink areas.
