Players take on the role of the sharp-shooting Richard Miller for another episode of international intrigue and duck-and-shoot action in Time Crisis: Project Titan. This is Namco's third Time Crisis game overall and the first developed exclusively for the PlayStation console. The game's subtitle refers to an involved scheme that frames Miller as a political assassin, leading most everyone he encounters to shoot first and ask questions later. <br><br>Luckily for light gun owners, Miller can shoot back. As in previous games, Time Crisis: Project Titan features both a timed mode, in which the player tries to avoid fire and take out as many enemies as possible before the clock run out, and a story mode, which leads the player through a detailed plot that progresses as each mission is completed.
