    I purchased this Gilbert & Sullivan DVD set for $59.11 on Sept. 22, 2025. It came promptly, but the DVD plays only in Region 4, NOT in the U.S. No where in the description of the item does it mention that it plays only in Region 4. This is misleading. I requested reimbursement from the seller and explained the reason why. I returned the item to the return address on the envelope. But the seller declined my request for reimbursement. It is only fair to reimburse me the value of the DVD set.
