    The record was listed as excellent with a VG+ cover. It was evident on arrival and upon playing that it was VG and not excellent. The cover was VG and not VG+. I reached out to the seller and got no response. I had to have ebay step in and allow a return. A complete waste of time and seller should have stepped up but didn't.

    all blemishes on cover that buyer complained about were clearly visible on the listing. pictures taken of actual record itself show no scratches or damage to vinyl. False claim of not as described.EBay's stance was they had him return it and closed the case without any consideration as to just a case of buyers remorse because he didn't actually look at the listing before purchasing.I reached out to ebay instead of seller due to the tone of his email..Good luck moving forward
