    This was a lovely item which was as described good value and good postage. It was well packed with lots of bubble wrap box and fragile markings- the Royal Mail however destroyed it in a short transit- the seller was very helpful and gave good advice and a refund the next day- a pleasure to deal with just a shame the post let us both down

    great tea set exactly as described, delivered on time and at a fair price. What was most impressive though was the packaging, the Royal Mail delivery man dropped the parcel from the seat in his van on the floor and it rolled 3 or 4 times along my private lane (which is a rocky track)!! I thought the set would be in several pieces and carried it across the driver him since I didn't want Mr All-Thumbs to drop it again, but to my surprise everything was all in perfect condition! job well done!

    I have not received item some two weeks after order. Seller looking into item sent through EVRI. EVRI s tracking system is sadly lacking. I have had 25+ tracking messages from EVRI with conflicting messages. Very disappointing on the part of EVRI.
