They are in pretty decent condition. There is some wear at the spine ends, light soiling, spots of rub-through at the corners. The gilt lettering on the fronts and spines is still fairly bright. On the front cover of one of the volumes it has faded on several of the letters. One volume has some superficial rubbing along both sides of its spine. The cover edges are in decent shape. The page edges look clean. The rear covers are tightly bound. The inner spines of both front covers need to be glued back to the spine of the textbook. I've provided a photograph. It's easy enough to do, but I will let the buyer do it. The binding of the text blocks of both volumes is very good. The pages are nicely tight throughout. The inside covers and end papers have a marbled design. The front inside cover of Volume I has the remains of a bookplate that was mostly peeled off. There's also a very tiny sticker off the top....Condition Continued below....”
