In Axiom Verge players control a scientist who has just awoken in an unknown, strange place following a lab accident and must determine where he is and why he is there. During the adventure players will explore a mysterious world, uncover secrets, solve puzzles, and battle hostile creatures. There are also a variety of weapons, items, and abilities to find hidden throughout the side-scrolling labyrinthine setting.<br><br>The Multiverse Edition includes a "making of" documentary, art booklet, soundtrack CD, and double-sided poster. One side of the poster features a world map while the opposite side has images and descriptions of in-game items and weapons.
